Upon completion of his DMD at the University of Niš in 1988, Dr. Goran discovered a passion for working with children, thereby pursuing a specialty degree in paediatric dentistry. Following multiple years of practice in hospital and private clinical settings, curiosity and keen interest in academia prompted Dr. Goran towards completion of a PhD in oral microbiology. Having moved to Canada in 1996 with Dr. Dragana and their two young boys, Dr. Goran quickly nostrified his dental degree and pooled his efforts with Dr. Dragana in founding Crystal Dental Centre. Further love of education motivated Dr. Goran towards a teaching position at UBC’s Faculty of Dentistry, where he spent numerous years clinically educating younger generations of upcoming dentists. Over 20 years since the founding of Crystal Dental Centre in Burnaby, Dr. Goran continues to provide the highest level of care for his patients through his many years of accrued knowledge and professional expertise. Aside from professional interests, Dr. Goran prides himself as an avid gardener, wine-maker, and Canucks fan. He resides in Burnaby with his family where he continues to support local community events.
